Scott is a formally trained Engineer/Manager. Working as an engineer/manager/supervisor, he’s been employed by companies like John Deere, Caterpillar, CNH, HNI, and BorgWarner.
In that span of time, his project net savings have been in excess of $18 Million. Despite that, he is equally fulfilled in the facilitation role of Lean Culture, and workforce development, with individuals with white and blue collars. Scott has facilitated over 70 different workshops, and executed over 95 Kaizen events while balancing multiple RCI projects and programs.

Wanda has always served the learning community. She spent 20 years teaching college study skills, while counseling, coaching, and mentoring “at-risk” students. Prior to that, She spent 8 years coaching/mentoring/advising students with disabilities, difficulties, or disadvantages. She was a trusted colleague, respected by all, and who inspired thousands of students over the years to fulfill their own goals, and raising the bars. Wanda has been nationally honored as a “Who’s Who in American College Teachers” 6 separate times and was included in “Outstanding Young Women of America.”
